Coaching Services
How Does it Work?
Different people prefer different approaches. I offer at least 3 different ways from completely flexible to more specific.
1. Hourly, Open-Ended Coaching
Some clients prefer the flexibility and personalization of one-on-one, hourly coaching without a specific end-game in mind. This approach is ideal for individuals who may have evolving needs, prefer to set the agenda as they go, or are working through less-defined challenges. They appreciate the ability to pay for time as it's used, allowing for a more organic and less structured progression. This model fosters a dynamic relationship where the coaching can adapt to immediate concerns, providing support that's responsive to the client's current situation without the pressure of a predefined outcome. My rate is $175/hour for these types of arrangements. There's no contract or commitment, but coaching only works if there are regular meetings over time. Usually we will meet for an hour once a week or once every two weeks. If you're looking for a quick fix, it's more likely you want consulting than coaching. Same rates apply, and outcomes are usually quicker.
2. Coaching Packages with Specific Goals
In contrast, many clients opt for coaching packages that are built around achieving a very specific goal. These packages are designed with a clear objective in mind, such as career advancement, improved leadership skills, or overcoming a particular obstacle. Clients who choose this option often appreciate the structured approach, clear milestones, and predictable investment. The defined scope helps both the coach and client stay focused, providing a roadmap for progress and a tangible measure of success upon completion. This can be particularly appealing to those who thrive with a clear plan and a targeted outcome. You can read more about some of the coaching packages I've done below, or we can define one if you'd prefer.
3. Group Coaching
Every once in a while, I offer group coaching when I have enough people interested in a similar topic. Group coaching offers a unique and cost-effective alternative to individual sessions, bringing together a small number of participants who share common goals or challenges. In this format, a coach facilitates discussions, provides guidance, and encourages peer-to-peer learning and support. The power of group coaching lies in the diverse perspectives and shared experiences that emerge, allowing individuals to learn not only from the coach but also from their fellow participants. This collaborative environment can foster a strong sense of community, accountability, and collective problem-solving, making it an excellent option for those who thrive in a supportive, interactive setting and benefit from observing how others navigate similar journeys. Contact me about availability, and let me know which of the packages below you'd be interested in. If you have a friend or two that is also interested, even better!
